Submission and publication charges

- None. No charge is payable on acceptance or publication.
No charge is ever a condition of assessment. Any change to the amounts above is published on this page before it takes effect, and is never applied retrospectively to a manuscript already under consideration.
Reader access
Where an individual article is published under a restricted access model, access may be obtained through one of the following:

Waivers
No author is prevented from publishing here by inability to pay. A full waiver is available on request to the editorial office, decided without reference to the manuscript's assessment.
